How to Bring Thrash Metal to The Totah.

Posted in General Comments with tags , , , , , on April 11, 2008 by totahadmin

Any ideas?

Here are the reasons Thrash Metal was banned from The Totah:

Graffiti on the bathroom walls, chairs, and stage. Blood everywhere. Damaged sound equipment. Violence between guests. Smoking and drinking in the auditorium. Foul language used by performers and guests. And on and on….

If you can come up with a way to keep things like this from happening durring concerts, then we may consider bringing this type of show back to The Totah.

Please reply with any comments you may have.

Friends of Music

Totah AudienceThanks to all of you who are coming to the aid of the Totah. I believe the music industry needs more venues, like the Totah, that focus on the music and not the money. Of course, one bad thing about that is without money, these venues can’t exist. We don’t need handouts. We need people like Teia Camacho and Dana at KWYK, and bands like Hippie Grenade that know how special the Totah is and what joy it can bring to peoples lives. All we need is your PARTICIPATION! Become a part of the music and the Totah. Come see the shows! We will be glad to have you.

Projects We Support

The Totah would like to do whatever it can to support the arts in the Four Corners. Here is an example of a project, that we find, to be a shining example of what art really is. We were not involved in the production of this video but we support the band, actor (Thad) and the director in all they do. Anyone interested in using the Totah for a project like this is encouraged to contact us.
